Service Process Flow
Students register the following information via our website or by phone: the year or grade you are in, the subjects you want to have tutorials on, the district in which, when and at what time you want to have the tutorials, etc.
Those who want to become our volunteer teachers register the following information via our website or by phone: the year or grade of the students to whom you can provide the tutorials, the subjects you can teach, the district in which, when and at what time you can provide the tutorials, etc.
We will match a teacher with a student on a one-to-one basis, based on the respective information provided by them as to the tutorial time, district, subjects and the year or grade of the students, etc. Afterwards, we will liaise and confirm with the teacher and the student, and arrange the meeting for the first tutorial. The tutorials will mainly take place at the chain fast food restaurants, social community centres or other public areas near where the teacher and the student reside.
On the day of the meeting for the first tutorial, one of our staff will be there to take charge of the meeting, including verifying the identities of the teacher and the student, ensuring that the student is eligible for the services, explaining to the teacher and the student the objective, the manner and the rules of the services, and confirming with the teacher and the student the details of their subsequent tutorials. From then on, the one-to-one free tutorials will be held on a weekly basis, approximately one hour per tutorial.
On a regular basis, we will follow-up with each pair of matched teacher and student on the progress and the quality of their tutorials, in person and by phone, with a view to providing our timely support to them. In addition, we will provide free education and teaching materials or education seminars to the teacher and the student.
