The responsibilities of a District Liaison Officer (DLO) are to take charge of the meeting for the first tutorial with the matched teacher and student, including verifying the identities of the teacher and the student, explaining to the teacher and the student the objective, manner and rules of the services, and follow-up with the teacher and the student on the progress of their subsequent tutorials.
If you satisfy the requirements set forth below, you are welcome to register as our DLO, help us expedite the matching process and benefitting more and more under-privileged children.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to hold the first meeting for the matched teacher and student in the late afternoon/evening on a weekday or on a weekend at a public area (Approximately half an hour each time).
Willing to follow-up with the teacher and the student, on a regular basis, on the progress of their subsequent tutorials, by telephone or by attending the tutorials in person.
